Do I need to be signed up on a Canva Pro plan?

• Nope, sure don’t— a free account will work just fine. Don't get me wrong here - Canva Pro will give you a serious leg up in designing standout graphics that wow your audience, but it's not a requirement to use these templates. And don’t worry— I’ll give you some tips & advice about Canva Pro, so you can make your own well-informed decision like the rational biz owner I know you are. ;)

How long do I have access to the social media templates?

• Forever & ever! You get lifetime access to all of them, plus free updates… even when the price for the bundle increases (and notice I said “when”, not “if”… because the price is going up!).

OK, tbh I HATE designing graphics myself... don't I technically still have to design these?

• Yes, but let me just paint this picture for ya real quick. You hate designing graphics from scratch. These bad boys are completely done-for-you, so all you need to do is switch out your colors, fonts & images... and voila, you're good to go.

Canva has free "done-for-you" templates already? What makes yours different?

• I'm glad you asked! ;) While Canva has plenty of templates available, they don't have templates available that are designed for the "modern blogger". Another pitfall is that Canva encourages you to test out different fonts, colors & branding elements. And listen, I get it— they want to give their users options. But I do not think you should be approaching your branding with the same strategy. If you want your CTA's (calls to action) to be effective... AKA if you want your audience to engage with your content & eventually convert into customers or clients... then you need to simplify your branding & keep it consistent. This is where the template toolkit provides bloggers with a massive advantage over the free templates provided by Canva.

But I suck at tech. Is Canva hard to learn?

• Canva is incredibly simple to navigate, so it shouldn’t take much time at all before you’re editing like a pro! With that being said, I’ve included some beginner video tutorials & PDF guides with tips, tricks & hacks that will have you singing praises of Canva joy to everyone (+ their mother).

I've purchased other Canva templates in the past, how are these templates any different?

• Most template sellers are designers... not bloggers. Lucky for you... I'm both! I understand the need for high-converting templates, so that's why I test my graphics time & time again to make sure they're converting based on the platform, not just based on what's "trendy" or "looks pretty".

What about refunds & returns?

• I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! However, because the templates can be copied to your Canva account immediately, I’m unable to offer refunds. Can I resell the templates?

• You can use the templates to create any & all social graphics for your online biz! But you cannot resell them as your own. What this means, is your creations are free for you to use personally & commercially… as in you can share them on social, upload them to your website, or include them in blog posts. You cannot, however, resell the design templates as your own (I mean, come on now— I’ve spent months designing these… that wouldn’t be very nice).
